Refund Policy:
For requesting refunds, buyer should contact us by sending email to : “info@proinc.us” within 35 days from the date of purchase. Any requests post 35 days from the date of delivery of the product will not be entertained.

The email for refund must be sent from the registered email id of the buyer which was used during purchase product.

The refund email must have Product Name,Product Model Number,Number of quantity purchased, Date of Purchase and Amount paid for product, in Subject Field.
The reason for which the refund is requested must be clearly mention in detail.
We shall revert to your refund request maximum within 72 hours of receiving of your email.

Downloadable software products are exempted from being refunded.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason of refund mentioned clearly on the pick up packet used for shipping back the product.
Upon receipt of the merchandise in original packet and unbroken / un-used condition, we shall process the refund to your same card / bank account from where the payment was made originally.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. All refunds are subject to deduction of shipping fee paid by us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same card you use at the time of purchase or original method of payment, Your refund amount will reflect in your account within a 7-10 working business days from the date we received the merchandise at our warehouse.
